{"id":212,"date":"2025-11-16T15:40:12","date_gmt":"2025-11-16T15:40:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/koroche.eu\/?p=212"},"modified":"2025-12-06T18:41:00","modified_gmt":"2025-12-06T18:41:00","slug":"kallarfranska-24-shtuki","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/koroche.eu\/index.php\/2025\/11\/16\/kallarfranska-24-shtuki\/","title":{"rendered":"K\u00c4LLARFRANSKA &#8211; 24 rolls"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>K\u00e4llarfranska \u2013 24 Rolls<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>14 g active dry yeast<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 g (500 ml) water<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tbsp butter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>12 g (2 tsp) salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 g  rye flour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>600 g wheat flour<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Instructions<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Warm the water to 30\u00b0C.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mix the yeast with half of the wheat flour and let it stand for 10 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the water, butter, salt, rye flour, and the remaining wheat flour.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knead the dough until it becomes smooth and elastic.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dust the dough lightly with flour and let it rise for about 30 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sprinkle the work surface with flour and knead the dough again until it no longer sticks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Divide the dough into four parts and roll each one into a long rope.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cut each rope into six pieces.
